By using Selfly (“the App”), you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, please do not use the App. These Terms apply to all users of the Selfly mobile application and related services.
1. Use of the App
Selfly is a self-discipline and accountability app. You must be at least 16 years old to use the App. Participants under 18 must have parental or legal guardian consent.
- You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials
- You agree to provide accurate and complete registration information
- You agree to comply with all applicable local, national, and international laws
2. Subscriptions & Payments
Selfly offers auto-renewable subscriptions managed through the Apple App Store and Google Play Store. Payment is processed by the respective platform.
- Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period
- You can manage or cancel your subscription in your device's settings
- Prices may vary by region and are subject to change
Refunds are handled according to the policies of the Apple App Store or Google Play Store.
3. Free Goals
Selfly allows you to complete your first goals for free. After your free goals are used, a subscription is required to continue setting new goals and using the full app.
4. User Content
You retain ownership of the content you create in the App, including goals, reflections, and daily entries.
- We do not share, sell, or use your personal content for advertising purposes
- We may use anonymized, aggregated data to improve the Service
5. Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- Misuse the App or attempt to gain unauthorized access
- Use the App for any unlawful purpose
- Interfere with or disrupt the Service or its infrastructure
- Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the App
6. Intellectual Property
All rights, title, and interest in the App (excluding user content) are owned by B & E Networks. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works based on the App.
7. Limitation of Liability
Selfly is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. We are not liable for:
- Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the App
- Loss of data or interruption of service
- Any actions taken based on content within the App
8. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your account at any time if you violate these Terms. You may delete your account at any time through the App's settings.
Upon termination, your right to use the App ceases immediately. Your data may be deleted in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
9. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
